Brescia. Friday 28 June, starting from 7.00 pm, at the Agriturismo “Urban Estate”in via Romiglia 6 in Brescia, an organization that wants to bring the countryside to the city, a special evening will be held with a picnic and screening of the film, in the Agriturismo park: “La la land”: an evocative experience under the stars immersed in nature while remaining in the city.
The farm “Urban Estate” it is located inside the Breda Rossini, a historic peri-urban farmhouse dating back to the 15th century and a place of peasant life over the centuries. The structure, a typical Lombard courtyard, has been the subject of a skilful renovation which enhances its architectural elements, acting as a splendid location for a contemporary farmhouse. Upon completion of the redevelopment and valorization project of this important heritage, the Agriturismo obtained organic certification for the surrounding land.
The story of “Urban Estate” began in 2022 which, through the shop with kitchen, the park and the events, brought new life and fertility for a sustainable future. One hectare has been converted into an educational agricultural park, to be offered to citizens to bring a bit of countryside and nature to the city.
The program for Friday 28 June:
♦ Picnic in the park from 7.00 pm with dinner box (rice salad, stracciatella, confit tomatoes, chickpea hummus, croutons, bread, water.
Can be purchased directly in the park: Craft beer, wine, water, sweets and popcorn.
♦ Screening at sunset, at 9.30 pm, of the film “La la Land”. Cost: Box + Cinema: 25 euros. The proposal is unique, not divisible.
You can bring a blanket to lie on the lawn while watching the film. In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed.
