The Investigating judge of the Court of Potenzaaccepting the opposition presented by the lawyers Cerasuolo and Maggio on behalf of theentrepreneur Carmine Santangeloadministrator of Costruzioni Generali Santangelo, has ordered the release from seizure of the Cava Mezzanelle of Athena Lucana.
Costruzioni Generali Santangelo was granted the quarry seized again on 5 April “for the lawful use of the same in accordance with the authorizations in force, maintaining the restriction only on the piles already present, for the remaining evidentiary needs”.
The release operations were carried out yesterday by the Provincial Police of Potenza.
In April the Potenza Prosecutor’s Office, through the Provincial Police, had searched the construction sites on the Statale 95 Tito – Brienza and ordered the seizure of the Atena Lucana quarry with related systems and vehicles, as well as two parts of the construction site in Brienza and three vehicles in Satriano di Lucania.
Satisfaction was expressed by the entrepreneur Carmine Santangelo on the sidelines of the provisions of the investigating judge. “I welcome the news of the release from seizure with pleasure – he declares -.
