On June 28, 2024 at 8 pm, at the Polisportivo Cava in Via Sillaro 47 in Forlì, Uisp Forlì Cesena will organize the “Basket Cava’s Trophy”. This is wheelchair basketball where teams of able-bodied players will play, together with the kids from Wheelchair basketball Forlì. Wheelchairs will be made available to allow this three-on-three tournament to take place. The evening will be directed by vice president Marco Bandini Uisp Forli Cesena and will involve many local teams for an evening of sport for all, inclusive where barriers break down.
From 8pm to 10pm the teams will compete on the playing field. Afterwards we will have a cheerful party with “liquid” prizes, i.e. swimming pool entry vouchers and draft beers. In parallel with the “Futura Anni ’70” project, there is the waste collection initiative of an informal group of young people who are implementing a project on the protection of the environment and social inclusion which promotes the promotion of solidarity between young people in situations of ease and discomfort; but also the launch of commitment education and socialization and integration actions for the development of useful methodologies for future projects and paths: d personal life; the inclusion of young people – people with fewer opportunities andor with disabilities; and raising awareness of environmental issues and redevelopment of green areas.
