Last night to Giugliano, the Carabinieri of the mobile radio section arrested a man from 52 years old for persecutory acts, threats and beatings. The episode occurred around 21when an emergency call to 112 reported an assault on the street.
The victim, a man attacked with punches, was attacked by his current partner’s ex-husband. The investigations revealed that the 52 years old he couldn’t accept his ex-wife’s new relationship, from whom he had separated two years earlier. The Carabinieri, who promptly arrived at the scene of the attack in via De Curtisreconstructed the facts thanks to the testimonies collected, including that of the woman involved.
The woman told the military about the frequent interference in her life by her ex-husband, describing a picture of persecution that had lasted for some time. Reportedly, the man threatened her and adopted intimidating behavior that had created a strong state of anxiety and fearso much so that it pushed her to change her daily habits.
After blocking the 52 years oldthe Carabinieri transferred him to prison, where he is now at the disposal of the judicial authorities. The man is accused of stalking, threats and beatingscrimes they outline a serious case of violence and persecution.
