L’AQUILA – The Youth Committee of ANCE L’Aquila is renewed. This morning, in the Assembly of junior members, Davide Iannini was elected to the Presidency for the next four-year term. He takes over from Eleonora Laurini at the end of a lively mandate, full of important activities of the Committee on the provincial territory. The latest among these is the conference on artificial intelligence on construction sites, last May, which marked a record of participation among the national initiatives of the Italian youth committees and the presence of scholars and technicians in the field at the Chamber in L’Aquila. .
“The Laurini mandate – is the greeting of the senior President Gianni Frattale – has definitely won us a very respectable place in the assembly of national young people, strengthening relations with the University and the world of professional training, qualifying the L’Aquila area among the most productive in terms of innovative stimuli for the sector and for the harmony of young manufacturers, a prelude to a strong associative spirit also among future seniors. Best wishes to the new President from the entire General Council of ANCE L’Aquila”.
The new young President comes from the historic company Costruzioni Iannini srl of which he has been a director since the age of 22. At a very young age he showed entrepreneurial skills and dedication to the family business founded by his father Eliseo which today boasts 40 years of activity and a pre-eminent place among companies not only in Abruzzo, in terms of growth and work portfolio.
At the handover, Laurini thanked the entire group for the synergy and support, saying she was very enriched by the experience, having grown both as a manager and as an entrepreneur, a profession she has already practiced for fifteen years in the family business Unirest: “I pass the witness to a friend as well as colleague – he stated – to whom I affectionately hope to draw from these four years that await him all the gratification that I have received, despite the difficulties and the demanding work to be added to that in the company. The election by acclamation of Davide Iannini confirms a tradition of widespread understanding and harmony within our Committee in which those who stand out most for their contribution to the work carried out are designated. A harmony that must always be preserved.”
Davide Iannini, 28 years old, graduated in Law (Legal Services for businesses) is the youngest president of the Youth Committee in the history of ANCE L’Aquila, has participated in the association’s activities since the age of 19, and has held the delegation until today representative to the National Youth Committee.
“I feel a strong sense of belonging to the association – he declared upon his inauguration – and I believe that ANCE is a training ground for us young managers and a place of entrepreneurial and human growth through the exchange of experiences and comparison. Training and study will be my focus because I believe that it is fundamental for new business generation entrepreneurs to emancipate themselves from the devaluing stereotype of the favored and inexperienced; a stigma that is inherited until old age. I believe that young managers, thanks also to the evolution of the sector due to the important work of previous generations, are today able to show the right amount of responsibility and operational innovation that the new technological and managerial scenarios require. I thank Eleonora Laurini for the excellent work done and I promise her that we will strengthen the flattering position achieved in the national ANCE”.
