The attention intensifies on Saturday 22 June, with the issuing of a level 3 Alert, indicating Heat Waves. This alert level signals high risk conditions that continue for three consecutive days, requiring an even more incisive mobilization of social and health services to protect public health.

  • Hydration: Drink abundantly even without feeling thirsty, preferring water and unsweetened drinks.
