The facts date back to 2017, when the girl left home several times due to constant disagreements with her parents, who repeatedly reported her disappeared to the police. Despite parental opposition, the young woman left with EAT., who was already responsible for numerous crimes. The two decided to live together in Tunisia, even though the girl was still a minor.

The girl’s parents turned to the television program “Who has seen?” and they presented numerous reports of disappearance.

During his stay in Italy, EAT accumulated numerous convictions and arrests for various crimesincluding theft, robbery, receiving stolen goods, brawling, personal injury, damage, insult and resistance to a public official, as well as numerous crimes related to drug dealing.

Having entered Italy without a visa in 2014, EAT was deported several times. In 2017, during house arrest for drug dealing, he was found with over 3 kg of marijuana and arrested together with three other foreigners and the minor. Sentenced to 1 year and 2 months of imprisonment by the Court of Vicenza, he subsequently took advantage of the revocation of the precautionary measure in prison for commit aggravated robbery. This episode led to the residence ban in the Province of Vicenza.

In 2018, it was convicted of drug possession in competition and resisting a public official. After a new expulsion decree in 2018, he was put on a flight to Tunisia, but the ejection was not carried out due to a technical failure of the aircraft.

In 2020, yes married in Tunisia to the Italian citizen, who became an adult. Upon returning to Italy, he was arrested in Venice to serve a cumulative sentence of 3 years. During his detention in the Venice prison, he committed further crimes such as resisting a public official, brawl, personal injury and damage.

In 2022, after obtaining probationary custody with social services, it was again reported for extortion and returned briefly to prison. Released in 2024, he continued to commit crimes and, in February, he was found wounded and bleeding near a nightclub in Vicenza after a fight.

In May, the Supervisory Magistrate of Verona issued an expulsion sentence for her social danger. This sentence was carried out yesterday by the officers of the Vicenza Police Headquarters, who they accompanied him to the CPR in Rome, from where he will be escorted to Tunisia for repatriation.
