PESCARA – “Made in Italy is the third most recognizable brand in the world. For us it must represent not only a romantic dream, but a starting point for building a timely development strategy.” This was declared by the Councilor for Productive Activities, Tiziana Magnacca, while meeting the members of the Abruzzo Italy Innovation Hub at the Department’s headquarters.
The meeting was attended by Cna Abruzzo, Confartigianato Imprese Abruzzo, Confartigianato Chieti L’Aquila, Ente Mostra Artigianato Artistico Abruzzese, Ascom Abruzzo, Polo Irene, Ambiente eè Vita Abruzzo Onlus, CTE Sicura L’Aquila, FMPI, Conapi and Abruzzo4MED. The table discussed the law on Made in Italy and the inauguration of the House of Made in Italy set for next July 3 in L’Aquila in the presence of the undersecretary Fausta Bergamotto.
Councilor Magnacca highlighted the importance of the opening of the Casa del Made in Italy in L’Aquila “which for us represents a common space where we can network to enhance and promote the whole of production, the well-recognisable lifestyle of the our brand and in which Abruzzo, which is an excellence, will play its part”.
Made in Italy is an added value that also passes through training to develop legal and economic skills. The councilor recalled that, on the proposal of the then councilor for Lenten Education, a new cycle of studies was planned in Abruzzo: the “Ovidio” State Higher Education Institute of Sulmona, the “De Titta – Fermi” of Lanciano, the Illuminati state high school center of Atri, the “G. Peano – C. Rosa” of Nereto, the “Saffo” high school center of Roseto degli Abruzzi and the “G. Milli” of Teramo.
The event was attended by Fabiola Gallo, director of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.
“Let’s work together to become protagonists for the promotion and enhancement of the Made in Italy brand of which Abruzzo is an excellence and will also play its part through this department”, concludes the councilor for Productive Activities.
