Where twelve years ago the deed sanctioning the birth of Universo Treviso Basket was signed, where in February 2024 the change in the presidency was announced with the passing of the baton from Paolo Vazzoler to Matteo Contento, on the morning of Wednesday 19 June the TVB Academy ASD, Amateur Sports Association which aims to develop the grassroots youth sector, encouraging human growth even before sporting growth, as well as renewing the social commitment that the company wants to cover within the territory.
To grow, always in the name of continuity. In the Contento e Scioli Notary Office of Montebelluna, ten entrepreneurs, already members of the UniVerso Treviso Consortium, who firmly and strongly believe in the importance of the project which places the youth sector and social activity in the territory at the centre, have allowed the establishment of the new Association Amateur sportswoman with the desire to be increasingly attentive and involved in the social fabric of Treviso and its province.
“This project has two objectives – explains the president of Nutribullet Treviso Basket Matteo Contento – on the one hand to encourage the growth and development of youth basketball in the Treviso area and its province, which has always been a national reference for the movement; on the other, being ready to seize all the opportunities that will develop in the social sphere and to further encourage commitment in our territory, an objective of utmost importance that the UniVerso Treviso Consortium has set itself since its inception”.
TVB Academy ASD is an Amateur Sports Association that will work closely with the youth sector of Treviso Basket, taking advantage of the methodology and techniques refined over the years which have led it to be a point of reference in the human and sporting development of young athletes, as demonstrated by the results obtained since the start of the activity.
