In June the Gas Sales Piacenza youth sector participated in two renowned events dedicated to sustainability in the Piacenza area.
The “Sports Festival” of Spes Borgotrebbia took place on Saturday 8 June at the Spes playing fields with a day dedicated to various sports disciplines to allow young participants to approach sport in a fun way. Not only volleyball therefore, but also basketball, tennis, martial arts, football, baseball and fencing.

The Under 12 of Gas Sales
The Under12 players from the Gas Sales Piacenza youth sector were present together with the coaches Nicola Barbon and Teodoro Hryn. On the grass volleyball court set up, the children present at the Sports Festival were involved in trying their hand at volleyball with exercises aimed at fun and involvement.
The event was also made possible thanks to the contribution of Banca di Piacenza and Gas Sales Energia. Respectively Organizational Partner and Main Sponsor of Gas Sales.
Alley-Oop Freestyle Festival
The Alley-Oop Freestyle Festival 2024 took place over the weekend from Friday 14th to Sunday 16th June at the Arena Daturi Park in Viale Risorgimento in Piacenza. The festival is dedicated to alternative sports, with a program that includes sporting events, artistic exhibitions, street food, music, contests and parties.
Two grass volleyball courts have been set up in the Arena Daturi Park. The Under13 and Under15 athletes involved children and teenagers who wanted to compete in the game of volleyball.
The red and white athletes were accompanied by the youth sector coach Teodoro Hryn assisted by the two assistant coaches Nahele Inzani and Alex Antonioli.
