Attilio Lupidi has been appointed new secretary of the Cna of Viterbo and Civitavecchia, succeeding Luigia Melaragni.

Lupidi is 47 years old and has experience in Cna since 2000, he has held various roles, including branch manager in Tarquinia and managing director of Upav Servizi.

The new secretary described his first impressions of the new role, which he is familiarizing himself with, and expressed gratitude for the support received from local authorities and confederations.

Among the main challenges, Lupidi highlighted the need to bring the school world closer to the working world, enhancing training to respond to the growing demand for qualified personnel.

With 2,763 associated companies, the Cna of Viterbo and Civitavecchia covers a large geographical area with ten offices, promoting a direct and professional relationship with companies. Lupidi underlined the importance of physical presence in the area and proximity to businesses, considering it a priority to strengthen relationships with companies and local administrations.

The new secretary of the Cna of Viterbo and Civitavecchia recalled his journey within the Cna, which began in 2000. He recognized the important legacy left by Luigia Melaragni, praising her honesty and sense of belonging to the structure, and declared of wanting to maintain the same level of dedication and commitment.

Finally, he underlined the importance of teamwork, recognizing that the successes of the association depend on the collaboration of everyone, colleagues and entrepreneurs.

It highlighted the complexity of the current context, marked by geopolitical instability and demographic and digital transitions, and the importance of supporting businesses in addressing these challenges, transforming them into opportunities rather than threats.
