Viterbo – We receive and publish – Combining music and the vibrations of nature in a single project: this is the objective of “Parks in music”, the event organized by the Province of Viterbo in the three nature reserves of which it is the managing body. The event, organized with the contribution of the Lazio Region, will end on Sunday 30 June.

The program includes a walk inside the Valle dell’Arcianello Nature Reserve, in Viterbo, on 30 June: it is entitled “Elixir of the forest: spontaneous herbs of the Arcionello between uses, flavors and traditions”. The walk includes a beautiful 8k kilometer circular route, of medium-easy difficulty, for a total duration of three hours.

During the event, participants will have the opportunity to admire the Fosso Luparo, as well as a series of artifacts dating back to the early twentieth century. In addition to fauna and flora, the Reserve protects some interesting examples of industrial archaeology. A snack break is planned at the Piramide del Fosso. The excursion guide will be by the Valle dell’Arcianello cultural association and in particular by the naturopath Stefania Capati, who will enrich the walk with interesting notions about the spontaneous herbs that characterize the valley and their valorization in cuisine, cosmetics and local traditions .

Inside the Monte Casoli Nature Reserve of Bomarzo, two events are scheduled for 28 June in the church of Santa Maria di Monte Casoli: at 6.00 pm there will be “Così, Tipo… un pas de deux”, with the performance of Danila Gambettola with Diletta Bindi; at 6.45pm, however, the Trio Vertu with Elisa Ciavola on the violin, Nina Taddei on the recorder, Fabio Marconetti on the harpsichord, music by Mattels, De La Cuerre, Corelli, Senaillé, Kapsberger, Bach.

“Parchi in musica” will then move to the Tuscania Nature Reserve, to the Torre di Lavello Park, with a double appointment: Saturday 29 June, 9pm, “Le Pulci: free journey into songwriting. From Guccini to Brunori Sas passing through De Gregori, Rino Gaetano, Vecchioni, i Nomadi, Battiato”. On stage Edoardo Fabbretti, voices and percussion, Marco Massino, harmonic guitar, kazoo and voice, Glauco Fantini, bass and voice. Sunday 30th at 9.00 pm, here is “Rossella Costa Brazilian jazz duet” with Felix Rainone guitars. A musical journey between New York swing, Rio De Janeiro bossanova and Neapolitan melodies.

Furthermore, on Sunday 30 June, in Tuscania, a walk to the “Lavanda della Tuscia” farm, with the event “Discovering the colors of Tuscia”: a journey through nature, a visit to the company and then an outdoor breakfast Open starting at 9.00.
