We are particularly proud to host Vasco Rossi who returns to the city in the sign of that administrative continuity that saw Vasco perform in 2022 during the De Luca administration which brought major events back to Messina to make it the City of Music and Events. Today we continue with this perspective with a program of music and entertainment events already for 2025 to further consolidate the Città della Musica brand and make Messina a protagonist beyond its borders”say Mayor Basile and councilor Finocchiaro.
The event sponsored by the Municipality of Messina is entrusted to the organization of the promoter of shows in Sicily, Carmelo Costa, who also expressed his personal satisfaction with these words: “a return home after the parenthesis in Palermo in 2023, and for the first time with two dates, 21 and 22 June 2025, at Franco Scoglio in Messina. It is the second great concert, after that of Marco Mengoni, that we announce for 2025. An important year – Costa said – because it marks the 50th anniversary of my business. It will be a great celebration that will involve 80 thousand spectators in two days, with an unprecedented economic impact on the city that hosts us”.
