Government funds to expand nursery schools in 22 municipalities

Ancona. – Funds from the Government to the Marche region to strengthen the offer of educational services for the nursery school sector. In total, 15 million resources have arrived which will finance interventions in 22 municipalities for a total of 15,832,000 euros.

An investment of strategic value for the quality of the school system and to expand a fundamental service with the aim of reducing disparities and supporting parenthood by offering an additional tool for reconciling work and motherhood – explains the Hon. Giorgia Latini – Thanks to Minister Valditara, 734.9 million have been made available for the entire national territory with the savings of the previous Plan, launched last year, and additional funds recovered in the Ministry’s budget. A notable effort to increase the new places already created and to reach the European target of the PNRR”.

In detail, the funds allocated to the Marche finance the construction, expansion or conversion projects of 22 buildings in the municipalities of: Fabriano (2 projects), Monte San Vito and Osimo in the province of Ancona; Castel di Lama, Monsampolo del Tronto, Monteprandone, Spinetoli in the province of Ascoli Piceno; Montegiorgio, Pedaso and Sant’Elpidio a Mare in the province of Fermo; Cingoli, Monte San Giusto, Montefano, Recanati and Treia in the province of Macerata; Pesaro, Urbino, Montecalvo in Foglia, Montelabbate, Pergola, Piandimeleto, San Costanzo in the province of Pesaro-Urbino.
