Traveling from East to West: the conference in memory of the esteemed Cesena Notary Paolo Giunchi, who passed away at the age of 84 in 2022, will be held on Friday 21 June, from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm at the Cesena Fair Congress Centre. The proceedings will be introduced by Cristina Scozzoli, Prime Minister Notary of the combined Districts of Forlì-Cesena and Rimini.
The first of the reports, edited by Professor Thomas Tassani of the University of Bologna, will concern the new regulation of trusts and the option for advance taxation. Next, the Notary Ugo Friedmann will discuss the impact of the legislative changes regarding facilitation for generational transfers of companies and company shares, followed by the intervention of the Notary Adriano Pischetola, which will focus on the division in the reform decree and in jurisprudence. The changes to the registration tax regarding companies will be examined by the professor of the University of Bologna Cecilia Benzi, while the final speech, regarding the capital gains from super bonuses and income from the creation of minor real rights, will be given by the Notary Francesco Raponi.
