The measures both arose as part of specific territorial control services, arranged in particular in the city areas of the historic center and the area overlooking Viale Trento and carried out with patrolling services by the men of the State Police of the Police Headquarters.

In this context, the police made contact with the 118 health personnel while they rescued a 29-year-old citizen born in Niger, who was intoxicated.
The man was sanctioned for being drunk and, considering that the urban area where he was caught is subject by municipal regulation to specific provisions for the protection of urban decorum, the Police Commissioner’s measure was taken, which will force him to stay away from Viale Trento for 12 months.
