It was apulmonary embolism to cause the death of Adele Baldasarrethe sixteen year old of Scandiano of Reggio Emiliaoriginally from the area of Porto Tolle, who died in her bedroom on the night between 4 and 5 June. Her parents, mother Federica Zanellato and father Rocco, found her lifeless in the morning. She was at the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Modena on Monday an autopsy was carried out on the girl, decided by the Reggio Emilia judiciary on 5 June. To know all the details, on any previous problems as well as on any other dynamics to be clarified, it will be necessary to wait at least a couple of months and the results of the in-depth tests, but the first certain outcome is that of the cause of the fatal illness: a pulmonary embolism that occurred during the night.
The recent illness
Adele had gone to bed very early because she felt very tired, a possible symptom of the developing embolism. Already in the past the girl had complained of illness to which it had not been possible to attribute a precise cause, and which had taken her to the emergency room in Reggio Emilia. «A few days before she had been to the emergency room because she hadn’t been able to go for a run to catch the train that would take her to school she was out of breath. The following day, her parents had therefore accompanied her to the emergency room for checks. She was sent home after some checks. Could that illness have been properly investigated? A doubt that inevitably assails us all at this moment, this is why it is necessary to clarify. Even if this cannot give us back Adele, a wonderful girl who had many wonderful talents and dreams to realize”says his uncle, Angelo Zanellatohistoric exponent of the Rovigo Democratic Party, of which he is provincial secretary.
The family and the final farewell

Once the tests were completed, the body was returned to the family and Wednesday morning, June 12th, will be celebrated the funeral.
