Thursday 20 June: Venetian and Rovigo companies can access contributions to support digitalisation and ecological transition initiatives
Venice – Rovigo, 18 June 2023 – Starting from Thursday 20 June 2024 (09:00) there will be the possibility for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Venice and Rovigo (MSMEs) to access the contributions of the “Voucher Announcement digital Enterprise 4.0 – 2024”. 745,266 euros of funds have been made available by the Venice Rovigo Chamber of Commerce to support digitalisation initiatives, also aimed at green oriented approaches, aimed at supporting the digital and ecological transition of the production fabric.
The call integrates the range of services offered by the Chamber of Commerce Digital Enterprise Point and is part of the System’s strategic initiative “The double digital and ecological transition” authorized by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy with decree of 23 February 2023, with the aim of promoting the dissemination of the culture and practices of innovation and sustainability, through the digitalisation of business processes in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of all economic sectors.
Companies that propose interventions aimed at introducing new services or solutions focused on increasing 4.0 skills and technologies into the company will be able to apply for the non-repayable contribution. The development project must concern at least one of the following technologies:
advanced and collaborative robotics;
human machine interface;
additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping and 3D printing;
internet of things and machines (IoT);
cloud, High Performance Computing – HPC, fog and quantum computing;
cyber security and business continuity solutions (e.g. CEI – cyber exposure index, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing etc);
big data analytics;
artificial intelligence;
blockchain;
technological solutions for immersive, interactive and participatory navigation (augmented reality, virtual reality and 3D reconstructions);
simulation and cyber-physical systems;
vertical and horizontal integration;
e-commerce systems (third-party website, app or platform);
digital marketing programs;
Ultra Broadband connectivity.
For companies with a legality rating the contribution will be increased by a further 250 euros. However, companies that have already used the voucher measure in the three-year period 2021-2023 cannot access the tender.
Applications can be submitted via the online “Contributions to businesses” desk of Infocamere’s Webtelemaco system until 18 July 2024 (6:00 pm) and until resources are exhausted (in which case the call for tenders will be closed early).

In order to participate in the tender, companies will have to demonstrate that they have already carried out, in 2024, the “Selfi4.0” digital maturity self-assessment test available online in the national PID portal (https://www.puntoimpresadigitale.camcom.it/ paginainterna/digital-assessment-scopri-quanto-sei-digitale) and/or to have concluded, at the Chamber’s Digital Enterprise Point, the assisted assessment through the more in-depth “Zoom 4.0” test, attaching the report issued by the digital promoter PID.
VOUCHER 4.0 2023 NOTICE DATA
Last year the funds allocated by the Venice Rovigo Chamber of Commerce for the “Company 4.0 – 2023 Digital Voucher Notice”, a measure for individual businesses, amounted in total to 734,646.00 euros.
The applications submitted by companies from Venice and Rovigo, duly received, were 158; of these, 121 were admitted to the measure dedicated to individual businesses (37 not admitted), for a total amount granted of 708,246.53 euros.
The companies that obtained the non-repayable contribution were 108 (13 revocations) for a total of 630,393.59 euros paid, corresponding to 89% of the funds allocated for the tender.
