WEDGE NEWS – A general assembly of the neighborhood was held in the parish hall of Borgo San Giuseppe in Cuneo. Present were the mayor Patrizia Manassero and the councilors Paola Olivero, Sara Tomatis, Cristina Clerico, Alessandro Spedale, Gianfranco De Michelis, Andrea Girard, Luca Serale. Still in the school area, with a school project at the centre, the construction of public spaces in front of them with an expected expenditure of €864,327, through the widening of pavements, bicycle racks, one-way traffic on Via Bergia, a square crossing and a school bus stop in via Rocca de Baldi.

Girard talks about the installation of intelligent poles equipped with digital connections for a total amount of €825,109.44. The operation will be carried out on both Confreria and Borgo San Giuseppe. These intelligent areas will also be equipped with video surveillance, digital totems and electric charging stations. Video surveillance will be placed mainly on via Rocca de Baldi to ensure the safety of school construction sites. A further expenditure of €270,000 was allocated for a feasibility study on the road system near the Citroen.
