Style, improvisation and a lot of energy: less and less is missing from Red Bull Dance Your Style 2024 National Final. The street dance event, with a unique and exclusive format, arrives for the first time in Viareggiooffering dancers the opportunity to express themselves through their own personal style: from Hip Hop to House, from Locking to Popping, from Waacking to Krump.
After the qualifications in Milan, the last chance to demonstrate your skills and impress the jury – for this occasion made up of experts from the scene – will be at the Red Bull Dance Your Style Auditionscheduled Saturday 20 July 2024, from 5pm to 8pm, in the suggestive Belvedere delle Maschere in Viareggio. The Judges Mr Byron, Zarro And Locallock will select the 3 performers who will complete the roster of 16 dancers ready to compete in the Red Bull Dance Your Style National Final, scheduled for the same evening, in the same place, from 9.30pm (the event will be free while places last).

The format of the National Final includes 1vs1 battle with direct elimination: two shifts available to offer shows and entertainment, but above all to convince the public – the sole judge of the competition – who will have the task of declaring the winner by raising the red or blue voting cards in the air. No planned choreography or chosen music, it’s about living the moment and surprising the crowd, interpreting with your own style the musical base unexpectedly proposed by DJ AKEinternationally renowned songwriter and music producer in the street dance scene.
Two exceptional hosts will present the event: Valentina Vernia aka Bananadancer (known for her participation in Amici 2018) and content creator with 2 million followers on TikTok and over 250K on Instagram, and Alessandro Giardinetti aka TeddyHip Hop & House dancer.
Ready to defend the title, Federico Tarabbia aka Phex national champion of Red Bull Dance Your Style 2023. The dancer of popping, born in Turin in 1996, won over the public with his ability to blend spectacularity, fluidity of movement and adaptation to different musical tracks, also taking part in the World Final in Frankfurt last November. The same opportunity will be offered to whoever wins the Italian title this year: the winner will in fact fly to Mumbai, India, where the Red Bull Dance Your Style World Final 2024 will be held on November 9th.
