He responded to the questions of the investigating judge Ilaria Rosati, admitting the sexual relationship with his colleague but strongly denying sexual violence. The man arrested by the police in recent days for events that occurred before Christmas, defended by the lawyer Alessandro Sintucci of the Forlì-Cesena bar, told the judge for preliminary investigations his version of events. At the end the lawyer asked for his release and the judge reserved his decision. In the warrant interrogation, the accused reconstructed the lunch with his work colleagues, during which someone had drunk a few too many glasses, including the woman who then reported the violence. At the end of lunch, as she was unable to drive, she was accompanied by her colleague. In his interrogation the arrested man recalled how if he had wanted to take advantage of her fragile state he would have immediately taken her home, but instead the two stopped to do various errands, then went to a bar to drink a coffee to recover a some clarity. Only afterwards did they go to the man’s house, where the relationship took place, according to the story of the consenting accused, so much so that they then returned to the house of the friend who had hosted the business lunch and in the evening they went to a place where they were filmed several times exchanging kisses and joking. The following day the accused said that he himself accompanied the woman to get the car that she had left where lunch had taken place.
At the time of the arrest, only 3 grams of hashish, 3 grams of marijuana and 0.40 grams of cocaine were found in the man’s home. The complaint by the woman would have occurred a few weeks later.
