TRENT. It was in the air, but now it’s official. There Dolomiti Energia Trentino will play theEuroCup 2024-25: it will be the ninth participation of the Bianconeri in the second European Cup, a competition which now sees Dolomiti Energia Trentino as a permanent protagonist. The European season will open on September 24th, the groups and calendar will be defined in the coming weeks.
This is what was decided by the Euroleague board which defined the participants of the main continental competitions: good coup for L’Aquila Basketball, who can continue his market (the arrivals of the Italians Pecchia and Bayehe, as well as the American Myles Cale have already been official) with some more certainty. Among the big names, the return of Valencia“downgraded” from the Euroleague, while there is no trace of the Dubai team which will take part in the Adriatic league and which was rumored to also take part in a European cup.
