Training will take place between the end of June and mid-July at the Palazzo Fossombroni headquarters for the staff of the 0-6 year old educational services, i.e. those who work in nursery schools and nursery schools in the Arezzo area including the Municipalities. of Arezzo, Castiglion Fibocchi, Civitella in Valdichiana, Monte San Savino, Subbiano. This is a particularly qualifying path, managed by the Educational and School Services Office – Pedagogical Coordination of the Municipality of Arezzo and carried out by high-level trainers in the psycho-pedagogy sector.
Two topics will be covered: conflict between children and the emotions and stress of educational work. Developed by the CPPP – Psycho-pedagogical Center for Peace – the first of the two training courses, curated by Dr. Vanja Paltrinieri, will investigate the methodology of “arguing well” and the peaceful resolution of conflicts between the little ones, with a focus on the strategies that the staff education can implement to pass on to children and families the messages related to the differentiation of the concept of conflict and violence, pedagogical co-planning and operational strategies through the creation of the conflict corner.
Emotions and relational stress management of educators/teachers, prevention of burnout, discussion on experiences and work situations perceived as critical, empathic communication and awareness of one’s own experience, is the second macro area that will be proposed and developed by Dr. Christian Poggiolesi, an expert psychotherapist of the Eriksonian school, who will conduct emotional workshops aimed at promoting the well-being of educational staff.
