A new portal for museums, 50 thousand euros to Dinamica to create it

A new web portal for the museums of the Municipality of Ferrara, to make it an investment of €51,000 plus VAT which will be paid into the coffers of Dinamica Media, the company that will create it. This is an activity considered fundamental by the administration and the sector that manages museums to finally have a single site to refer to for museum activity. A simple portal for users to make their experience more engaging and appreciable.

In short, a strategic tool for museums and exhibition spaces which will thus be able to communicate even better with visitors via the internet. In fact, it is expected that the new site will provide in-depth information as well as communicating promoted initiatives and news.

The construction must be completed within five months of signing the contract which could arrive shortly, probably to be operational with the new portal by the end of the year (net of any delays), and face 2025 with a new tool to attract those visitors from outside the city who miss the Este museums so much.

This must be a particularly important device given the cost which, including VAT, exceeds 60 thousand euros. It must also be created with the WordPress platform so as to guarantee the municipality’s staff autonomy in content management.

The assignment, having a cost of less than 140 thousand euros, is direct, even without the consultation of other economic operators. Furthermore, Dinamica had already been commissioned by Ferrara Arte to create the site for the Palazzo dei Diamanti to which the new portal will have to guarantee a direct connection.
