Biancani, the pressure from Villa Fastiggi is growing but two councilors will not pass. Here’s who is already sure of joining the council

PESARO – Andrea Biancani does not hide his intolerance towards the fort of Villa Fastiggi, almost an enclave within the city’s Democratic Party, which raises the stakes by claiming positions for having brought 4 names to the council: Andrea Nobili, Sara Mengucci, Luca Pagnoni Di Dario and Monica Manenti (actually from Villa Ceccolini), a patrol to which one or two councilors could be added. He also makes fun of himself on social media and gets a long list of advice: to move forward and continue on his path. But the tension is palpable as the days pass and we are already a week away from the vote.

The doubling

The objective of Ceriscioli, Baldantoni and company is to guarantee a councilorship to Sara Mengucci and Andrea Nobili, but two members of Villa Fastiggi for Biancani are in excess, they would risk unbalancing the distributions that the new mayor has in mind. At the moment his proposals to keep both candidates in play would have been rejected. In fact, he would have said no to Sara Mengucci to the possibility of staying still for 18 months and then take Daniele Vimini’s place and another no would have arrived for the proposal of a position in Marche Multiservizi. Who will win? Nobili’s weak point could be his part-time commitment which, given the attention to the functioning of the municipal machine, Biancani might not like. After all, the possibilities for squaring the circle can be counted on the fingers of one hand: at stake are the presidency of the council, the board of directors of Multiservizi, and secondly Pesaro Parcheggi which however does not guarantee full compensation. However, there is nothing to be done for Aspes where Luca Pieri will take his place again, who will leave the council as he already did in the 2019 electoral round. A resignation that could bring former group leader Anna Maria Mattioli back on track.

Games made for Murgia, Perugini, Belloni and Della Dora

As for the council, there are many certainties even if Biancani has not yet solved the puzzle. The mayor will not give up on his loyalists, Riccardo Pozzi and Luca Pandolfi. Games practically already done for Camilla Murgia, Marco Perugini but also Enzo Belloni and Mila Della Dora who cannot be put aside between personal successes and list successes, while on Daniele Vimini the agreement is already history. The Faro list also raises its hand, but will not get the councilorship. The lists allied with the 5 Star Movement, and therefore Francesca Frenquellucci, and the Greens, and therefore Maria Rosa Conti, are untouchable. Abacus in hand there is one place left (9 councilors + the prime minister) and either it will be for Mengucci or for Nobili. Unless Biancani plays the tenth councilor card.
