Shows and solidarity with “Children in the square” – Teramo

TERAMO. From next Wednesday to Sunday “Children in the square” will return to San Nicolò. The event, organized by the Asd Sannicolese and the “Bimbi in piazza” Ets association, is in its seventh edition with a crescendo of numbers and quality. The program was illustrated yesterday in the CaFé multicultural center in the presence of the promoters and representatives of the Municipality which, together with the Bim consortium and private sponsors, supports it. Gianluca Pierannunzi And Lorena Sistillias organizers, presented the details of the initiative which, like every year, aims to bring together fun, sport, music and international level shows dedicated to children but also to adults.
“Children in the square” is also inclusion and solidarity, as explained by Sistilli, representative of the Teramo 4 comprehensive institute directly involved in the calendar of events. In fact, the third edition of the Solidarity Marathon will be held on Saturday 22 June at 11am, which aims to raise funds to be donated to associations or structures that help children or vulnerable people. The event pays great attention to children and families: in fact, every event is free.
From inflatables to musicals, from concerts to recreational activities, everything is free to access. The inauguration will be held on June 19th at 6pm with the initial parade that will move from Ca.Fé to Piazza Progresso: all events will take place here until Sunday 23rd. Among the prominent events there will be: the musical “Ariel” and the Ken La Fen concert on Wednesday. The Italy-Spain European Football Championship match will be projected on the big screen on Thursday. There will be a Mago Loran show on Friday at 9pm. Saturday will be the turn of the “Circus Follies”, the musical “Encanto” and finally space for the Saltarello Popular Orchestra. Sunday afternoon dance and baby dance performances, up to the show of an international artist: Alekos, the poet of bubbles. The closing of the event will be entrusted to Cisco Bellotti, historic frontman of the Modena City Ramblers. There will also be food stands.
