THE NEWS. On the third throw of the match San Marino took the lead. Thanks to Tromp, author of a long home run to the left that made it 1-0. A good start, but in the lower part of the first half the BBC attacked strongly and overturned the result. Initial singles by Tomsjansen and Herrera were followed by Barcelan’s sacrifice fly (1-2), then Martini was hit and Garcia’s subsequent fly ball made it 2-2. Not only that, because then here is Bruno’s single for a BBC ahead 3-2.
It’s a swing of emotions, this match 2, with San Marino taking the lead again in 2nd. Di Fabio and Tromp immediately hit two hits, Angulo brings them forward with a bunt, Celli is eliminated at the plate and Alvarez is intentionally baseed. With two outs and the bases full, it is Diaz’s hit that shuffles the cards, who in an amen brings our team from the disadvantage to the advantage (4-3), with the subsequent double from Pieternella which also scores the 5-3 ( with Diaz out at home).

There is some suffering, but De Leon’s 6th inning is risk-free (only a base in Vaglio), while in the 7th Kourtis rises, starting with the base in Herrera but continuing with the elimination of Barcelan and Martini, who touches her in a double game.
San Marino wins 9-6 and returns to the top of the table.
