Two cousins have disappeared in Florence since Friday evening and the search plan activated by the prefecture is in full swing. I am an 18 year old girl and a 6 year old girl, both of Asian origin, who live in the Brozzi area, on the north western outskirts of the Tuscan capital. The parents reported the disappearance immediately last night to the police. The searches started this morning. Meanwhile, a flyer with their photos and a telephone number to contact if identified or to provide further information is being distributed on private chats.
The two cousins are called Dai Ada and Wu Mina Jiajia. According to the prefecture it would be a case of “voluntary removal”, as specified in a note from the same body which dates the disappearance to the late afternoon of Friday 14 June. The two cousins, the prefecture always reiterates, “left their grandmother’s house” at a time when they were alone at home. At the time of her disappearance, the girl was wearing a pink shirt with the writing “Kenzo” and was carrying a red bag and trolley. The searches are carried out by the police forces with the help of volunteers coordinated by the Metropolitan City of Florence. The prefecture confirmed in the same statement that it had “activated the search plan for missing persons this morning”.
