This is what emerges from ordinance number 239 – CLICK AND READ THE ORDER – signed today, Saturday 15 June, by mayor of Guidonia Montecelio Mauro Lombardo.
With the deed it comes from today, Saturday 15 June, to Tuesday 9 July, from 6.00 pm to 5.00 am the following day, take-away sales carried out by anyone are prohibitedalso through automatic dispensers or at private clubs, public establishments or accommodation facilities, of drinks in glass containers and aluminum cans in the areas affected by the two events and in those adjacent to them.
In particular, a Colleverde Takeaway sales are prohibited in all businesses based in Viale Mont Blanc, Via Monte Grappa And Via Monte Gran Paradiso.
In Guidonia the streets affected by the ban on takeaway sales are: Viale Roma (intersection P.za Baracca and intersection Via C. Ferrari), Baracca Square, Union Avenue, Via Visintini, Via Maddalena, Via Lunardi, Via Chiorboli, Piazza Matteotti, Via Leonardo da Vinci, Via Marconi, Douhet Street, Via Olivari, Via Moreno, Largo Maurizio Simone, Largo Duca d’Aostainside the Public parks (Nasiriya Fallen Square, Municipal Pine Forest), Via Del Prete, Via Pezzi, Via Montelucci, Largo Gramsci.
The ordinance also provides for the prohibition
2. possession, for the purpose of immediate consumption, of drinks in glass containers and aluminum cans;
3. the administration of drinks in glass containers and aluminum cans by anyone with the sole exceptions listed below:
a) through assisted table service inside or outside the business premises, with the obligation in this case for the operators to immediately remove, at the end of consumption, the glass containers and aluminum cans used for this purpose;
b) for serving coffee at the counter or at the table using small glass cups according to normal commercial uses.
Responsibilities for any non-compliance will be sanctioned in the amount between 25.00 and 500.00 euros and will be attributed jointly and severally to anyone found to have transgressed the provisions unless the fact constitutes a crime.
