A point of sale of typical products for the promotion of the excellence and artistic craftsmanship of the area and an information point available to tourists. And the pop-up store “Abruzzo to Enjoy” that Confartigianato Imprese Chieti L’Aquila promoted on the Trabocchi Coast, along the Via Verde, among the main regional tourism destinations. The structure, located in Turin by Sangro (Chieti), at the entrance to the Le Morge seafront, officially opened today, with the institutional ceremony.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by, among others, the regional councilor for Productive Activities, Tiziana Magnaccathe mayor of Turin di Sangro, Nino Di Fonsothe president of Confartigianato Chieti L’Aquila, Camillo Saraullothe president of the Women’s Business Movement and of the Artistic category of the association’s association, Erika Liberatithe president of Confarte (Culture, Tourism and Entertainment category), Marcello Natarelliand the general manager Daniele Giangiulli. The pop-up store, which will be animated with various types of events over the summer, is the first step of the broader “Abruzzo da Gustarti” initiative, an innovative tourism project unique in Abruzzo.

From kebabs to desserts and bakery products, from extra virgin olive oil to wine, from jams to pickles, from artistic ceramics to bike rental: eight companies will be the protagonists of the pop-up store. These are Azienda Agricola Ferrante, Cantine Mucci, Ceramiche Liberati, Cic Carni, Dal Fornaio D’Elia, Majellando, Oleificio Priori. The pop-up store, created with the contribution of BCC Abruzzi and Molise, will remain open from 15 June to 15 September, from 11:00 to 20:00 (until 8 July and in September opening only from Friday to Sunday).

“With the inauguration of the pop-up store – say Liberati and Saraullo – a project we have been working on for over a year kicks off. The Torino di Sangro initiative, in fact, it is only the starting point of the broader Abruzzo da Gustarti project which, promoted by our association, is aimed at promoting ‘made in Abruzzo’ in Italy and in the world through a series of activities that will see the light after the summer. The project – conclude the two presidents – it is one of the many initiatives that our association is promoting for the relaunch and development of a well-defined tourism strategy, which also has at its center the valorization of craftsmanship and the excellence of the territory”.

“An initiative that enhances creativity with objects that are not replicable – underlines Magnacca – Artifacts that tell tourists the history of Abruzzo, a Made in Italy brand. Good luck to Confartigianato and Abruzzo da Gustarti for a display of art and flavors just a few steps from the Torino di Sangro beach”.
