With the start of the summer season the carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Teramo have intensified controls throughout the province. The activities led to the arrest of two Italian spouses, 39 years old, already subject to a residence ban in the municipality of Rose Garden of the Abruzzi. The order to replace the measure in place with that of precautionary custody in prison was issued by the GIP of the Court of Teramo following a report from the Carabinieri of Roseto degli Abruzzi, who promptly documented the multiple violations committed by the aforementioned spouses, connected with the ban on mansion. TO Counterwar the Carabinieri of the Corropoli station sent a 58-year-old Italian man to prison for having repeatedly violated the alternative measure to detention to which he was subjected. The measure was issued by the Pescara Surveillance Office. In the Carabinieri of Giulianova subjected a 39-year-old Italian man to house arrest, on the orders of the Court of Teramo, for multiple violations of the ban on approaching the offended party. Specifically, the man had been removed from the family home for mistreatment of his 34-year-old wife. Always at Giulianova the Carabinieri of the Aliquota Radiomobile caught a 42-year-old Italian, among other things, subjected to the prevention measure of the oral warning, driving a car even though he did not have a driving license as it was revoked. The car was seized and the man, therefore, will be handed over to the competent authorities in a state of freedom Agfor driving without a license with recidivism of a person subjected to personal prevention measures pursuant to art. 73 DL 159/2011.
