A topic of great importance and impact especially in 2024 given the imminent reforms to modify the sector, the huge sums made available by the Pnrr which see the healthcare sector and its staff facing an epochal challenge. In all this great chaos, the workers in the healthcare sector, who are the true supporters of this system and the “bridge” between the many regulations and the needs of citizens, have always stood out for being true “heroes” who however are not protected by Nobody.
- Today there are around 20 national collective agreements between public, private, socio-medical and welfare healthcare (as if they were carrying out 20 different jobs) naturally all of which have expired and with few
