Street food festivals Monza Brianza weekend 15th 16th June

Street food on the road, fish but also Emilian specialties with tagliatelle with meat sauce and fried gnocco and the queen of the Brianza table: luganega. Here are the festivals scheduled this weekend in Monza and the province.

Fish festival

Mixed fried fish, peppered mussels, linguine with clams, seafood risotto and deviled octopus. And many other fish-based specialties. In Monza you can breathe sea air for an entire weekend. From Friday 14th to Sunday 16th June and on the weekend from 21st to 23rd June the fish festival arrives in the city. To enrich the entertainment programme, there will also be a small amusement park with various rides, from flying seats to “swan fishing” and the “inflatable slide”.

Street food festival

The street food festival arrives in Monza. Specialties on the road at Boschetti Reali from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th May with the caravan of food trucks offering specialties from all over Italy. A food and wine tour of the Bel Paese with unique colours, smells and flavors coming from everywhere and a musical selection to entertain the public. You will be able to taste street food from ape cars, carts, vans, bicycles, caravans, motorbikes and trailers equipped with hotplates, ovens, fryers and grills.

Luganega festival

The Luganega festival arrives in Brianza. It is organized by the Pro Loco of Briosco with the patronage of the municipality and the collaboration of the Luganega Monza Producers association. The event is scheduled for the weekend from Friday 14th to Sunday 16th June at Area della Campagnola in Briosco. “It will be 3 days of music, food and beer for everyone! Typical dishes with luganega, tastings, show cooking and live music” the organizers promise.

Emilian festival in Seveso

Tagliatelle with meat sauce, tortellini and fried gnocco. Emilian specialties arrive in Brianza. From Friday 14th to Sunday 16th June, in Seveso, the fourth edition of the Sagra Emiliana is scheduled, organized by the Associazione Sportiva Base, at the multifunctional area via Redipuglia Seveso. Three days dedicated to Emilian taste and tradition. Fresh tagliatelle with Emilian ragù or old Modena sauce, Tortellini della Duchessa, Fried gnocco with cured meats, Culatello and Parmigiano Reggiano, Shank with Lambrusco and mixed grill with selected meat from the certified supply chain in the Emilia-Lombardy area, all accompanied by Lambrusco and Pignoletto DOC .
