Another attack against medical and paramedical staff. This time it was the turn of a rescuer who arrived on site following an ambulance call. The Seus rescuer, for reasons that will have to be ascertained by an investigation, was attacked by the rescued patient and by a family member of the latter. It happened yesterday afternoon in Agrigento. The man was beaten ferociously, lost consciousness due to the beatings and suffered a head injury due to which he was transported under code red to the emergency room of the San Giovanni di Dio hospital where he is under observation.
“A cowardly act”

Assault on the rider
The previous evening another attack had taken place in Palermo, yet another episode of assault and armed robbery against a 42-year-old Glovo rider in the Tommaso Natale area.
