“The mechanism for limiting the depth of agendas in Ferrara was eliminated on 4 April, as part of the multiple actions undertaken to address the issue of waiting times”. The Local Health Authority thus responds to the initiatives launched by the Health and Healthcare Coordination, which aims to open a desk through which users can take action against the company regarding waiting lists. For situations in which, however, it is still not possible to guarantee the services on time, a monitoring of the case is activated aimed at bring forward, where possible, the appointment, using canceled appointments or new services entered into the system”. This method “therefore overcomes the need for the citizen to request the service as a freelancer. In any case, reimbursement following a request made after the provision of the service is not feasible, nor is it foreseen by law”.
