Tomorrow, Saturday 15 June, at 11.25am on RaiUno the second episode dedicated to Catania and its enchanting territory between Etna and Aci Trezza will be broadcast, revealed together with the champions Tania Di Mario, Stefano Maniscalco and Valerio Vermiglio who will tell, among wonderful landscapes and places, the values of sport and Sport and Health projects on the island.
Many themes addressed: movement as a source of physical and mental well-being, the value and importance of sports disciplines as a form of education and training of the individual in the collective fabric, the peculiarities of the territory and the tourist offer with a sporting declination, the beauty and uniqueness of the artistic, cultural and natural heritage.
During the episode, there will also be space for mental training, nutrition and well-being with the “Lord of the Rings” Jury Chechi and the “Baron” Andrea Lo Cicero.
