Smart hiring in the 250 Abruzzo municipalities that are Asmel members. Castiglione Messer Raimondo, in the province of Teramo, adheres to the aggregate agreement List of Eligible.
On May 30, the new maxi notice of single selection for lists of those suitable for permanent and fixed-term hiring pursuant to the aggregate agreement provided for by the Recruitment Decree was published on InPA.
There are 37 profiles professionals required by the notice for graduates, diploma holders and specialized workers (formerly categories D, C, and B). The procedure allows local authorities to hire in just 5 weeks by calling those registered on the lists through a request and carrying out a single selective test.
Among the Abruzzo institutions adhering to the innovative procedure, also Giulianova, Silvi, Roseto Degli Abruzzi, Ortona, Pianella, Scafa, Pizzoli, Tornimparte and among the latest Castiglione Messer Raimondo.
The municipality of Abruzzo, already a member of Asmel, the Association for Subsidiarity and Modernization of Local Authorities, which today has over 4,600 members throughout Italy, makes it known that membership represents a real opportunity. Arturo Brindisi, Personnel Manager of the Municipality: «In light of the positive results obtained by other Municipalities, we have decided to join the agreement. We believe that this method will allow us to quickly recruit qualified personnel, improving the efficiency of our administration.”
For those who intend to participate, applications will open on 10 June 2024 at 12:00 and will close on 25 June 2024 at 12:00. Candidates who are found suitable after passing an online test will become part of the lists and will be able to participate in the Interpello notices, the direct calls of the current 740 Municipalities and future members.
With this membership, the municipality of Castiglione Messer Raimondo intends to strengthen its staff to guarantee citizens the best functioning of the administrative machine, through a tool that has already proven to be a best practice for other municipalities throughout Italy with over 575 hires already completed and another 352 underway.
