From 13 to 15 June in Luino and 14 and 16 June in Varese, public transport will undergo some temporary changes to routes due to road construction and events. Here are the details of the planned detours.
Changes in Luino from 13th to 15th June
Due to road works, the following lines will be diverted from Thursday 13 June until Friday 15 June, or until the works are completed:
- Line N10 (Luino-Ghirla-Varese) / N15 (Luino-Valcuvia-Cittiglio-Laveno) / N03 (Luino-Laveno): These lines will not pass through the Corso XXV Aprile 31 (supermarket) and Viale Dante stops. We invite you to use the FS station stop.
- Line N02 (Luino-Maccagno-Biegno/Zenna): The Piazza Libertà stop (pier) will not be served. Also in this case, we recommend using the FS station stop.
Changes in Varese for the “Between Villas and Gardens” event on June 14th
Friday 14 June, from 7.45 pm until the end of service, line A will undergo the following changes due to the closure of some roads for the “Tra Ville e Giardini” event:
- Line A will not reach the Biumo Superiore terminus (piazza Litta) and the via Masaccio and via Isonzo stops. The route will be limited to the Hippodrome (Largo Martiri della Libertà).
Closure of Via Sacco in Varese on 16 June
Sunday 16 June, for the whole day, via Sacco will be closed for the event “At the DES Fair”. The following stops will be cancelled:
- Via Sacco (Robbioni)
- Via Sacco (Bernascone)
- Via Sanvito (B.Marcello)
- Via Sanvito (25th April)
For the urban lines B, E, N, Z and for the extra-urban lines N20 and N21, we recommend using the Corso Moro stops.
