Viterbo – Prestigious weekend at the Viterbo Tennis club.
The Tuscanese street club hosts and plays the final four over 40 for the awarding of the Italian category title.
The team, sponsored by Saggini Costruzioni, achieved the important objective thanks to the 2-0 success over the Montecchio tennis club which launched it into the elite of the best four men’s over 40 teams in Italy.

In recent days the managers of Tc Viterbo have asked and obtained to host the final four, a three-day event that will take place between today, Friday 14 June, tomorrow and Sunday against the clubs of Eur, Grottammare and Palermo.
“For this event we had a dual objective – explained president Fausto Barili yesterday –. We wanted to be the host club but also take a team to the final. We achieved this thanks to the victory in Pesaro and for us it is a source of great satisfaction because the clubs live off this. We will see matches of the highest level“.
Some of the best rackets in Italian tennis over 40 will compete with the Devis cup formula (two singles and one double). Among those present were Daniele Bracciali, Massimo Ocera and Marco Viola who makes up the Viterbo-based Saggini construction team together with Fausto Barili, Emiliano Privato and Alessandro Patrignani under the guidance of maestro Paolo Ricci.
