Euro.PA will manage, at least temporarily, the Cerro Maggiore swimming pool: the Berra council has in fact chosen to focus on a bridge contract with the multi-services company to be able to reopen the swimming facility by return post and don’t miss the summer seasonsolution “cleared” on Wednesday 12 June by the city municipal council even if with only the favorable votes of the majority.

The contract itself will weigh on the municipal coffers for 164,500 euros including VATto which they will be added 125,660 euros for investments relating to equipment, 54,300 euros for utilities and 5,600 euros for maintenance, figures allocated by the municipal administration with a specific budget change. There is currently no date for reopening but the hope is that the plant will be back up and running as soon as possible. The bridge contract, moreover, will also allow Palazzo Dell’Acqua to study the best solution for the definitive management of the systemfor which the most suitable procedure has not yet been identified.

A motion presented by councilors Gianluca Ciculi, Vincenzo Stragapede, Beatrice Del Pio and Laura Signò and by councilors Daniel Dibisceglie and Alessandro Provini, aimed at ask the council to reject – as it was already implicitly clear he had chosen to do – the proposal formulated by NAM for the continuation of the management of the plant.
