THE COMMUNICATE
Lorenzo Lucca it’s definitely black and white! Today Udinese Calcio exercised the right of redemption on the young striker, who had a brilliant debut season in Serie A to say the least. Taken from Pisa, the 2000-born player scored eight goals and four assists for Udinese in the championship, plus one in two Italian Cup matches.
The 12 goals he took part in this Serie A represent a record for precociousness in the last edition of the tournament: Lucca was in fact the youngest Italian player to reach this figure. Furthermore, the striker is the first top-flight debutant to score eight goals since 2015/16.
Constant talent and commitment that allowed the center forward to earn a call-up to the national team last March. Lucca has signed a contract with the club until 30 June 2028 with the aim of reaching ambitious goals together with Udinese. Congratulations, Lorenzo!
