13/06/2024 – On 14 June, on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, Avis Comunale Pesaro, with the direct collaboration of the Municipal Administration, will light up the porticoes of Via San Francesco and the fountain in P.le Matteotti in red , color symbol of donation.
In this week, marked by such an important day for Donors, AVIS Comunale Pesaro also wanted to organize other events with the aim of thanking the donors themselves and reaching as many people as possible with their message.
There is a need to increase the number of donors to be able to meet the daily needs of the hospital and therefore satisfy the patients’ requests for treatment.
Also on June 14th, two mini videos relating to the importance of donation will be projected on the LED wall in Piazza Del Popolo.
Furthermore, on Sunday 16 June, Avis Comunale Pesaro will organize the 2024 Awards event, paying homage to those donors who as of 12.31.2023 have reached the donation goals dictated by the Avis Nazionale Regulations. An event that aims to thank both the donors who will receive the recognition, but also indirectly all the donors of Pesaro, for the great gesture of solidarity they carry out every day.
