(ANSA) – SASSARI, JUNE 12 – Craft beer to sip with quality street food is at the center of the ninth edition of the Sassari Beer Fest.
Three days, from 13 to 15 June, in Piazza Fiume, a natural theater in the heart of the city. The area is transformed into a sort of open-air pub where you can taste Sardinian, Italian and international blondes and redheads.
The event is organized by the S’Andala cultural association.
The famous rapper Piotta, born Tommaso Zanello, is expected on stage on Thursday 13th with the stage of his Dieci e l’Ode tour. Known to most for the hit Supercafone. His song 7 Capital Sins was used as the ending theme of the Suburra series.
Among the breweries present for the first time are Exmù and Bearificio from Sassari, the Anonima brewing project and Nmads Beer.
Again Nora from Oliena, Astore which uses water from Su Gologone for its Pils, that from the island of Thiesi and Baladin, born from the genius of Teo Musso, pioneer of Italian craft beers. Then Coros from Usini, Santu Jorgi from Bitti, Bam craft brewery from Mogo, 4 Mori from Montevecchio in Guspini, Dolmen from Uri and from Carbonia the Mediterranean.
There will also be gluten-free beers and the material used will be bio-compostable.
“The range of musical proposals is wide”, recalls the founder of S’andala Roberto Putzu. On the bill, among others, the rock band Mildred, the DJ sets of Luca Martelli with the Ride Gorilla project. Again the Caribbean rhythms of La Casa Latina Orquesta, Alessandro Azara with the tribute to Rino Gaetano.
