During the summer, some offices and services vary their opening hours to the public.
Forteguerriana Library, San Giorgio Library and Historical Archive they will be closed to the public from Monday 12th to Sunday 18th August. In the days of Saturday 20 and 27 July, 3 and 10 August San Giorgio will be open in the morning from 9am to 1.30pm.
The U.S. timetable remains unchangedPublic Relations officeopen from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 1pm.
Until September 15th, the number of Municipal police dedicated to reservations for the issue of invalid badges (0573 371991) will be active on Tuesday, from 9 to 12.
Until August 29th, the protocol it will be closed on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
The offices of Education and instruction service they will be closed to the public on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 9 July to 22 August. The opening hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday remain unchanged, from 10am to 12.30pm. Ordinary hours will be restored on Monday 26 August.
The Social policies offices of via Capitini and Revenue in via XXVII April will remain closed to the public on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2 July to 29 August and the entire day of Friday 26 July.
In July and August, thebursar’s office it will be open in the morning from 9 to 12.30 by appointment (contact the numbers 0573 371481, 0573 371028); will be closed on Friday 26 July.
In August, the general secretary it will be closed to the public on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
Until August 30th, theBuilding practices office it will be open on Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm and on Thursdays from 3pm to 5pm. Telephone reception is available from Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 1pm.
The Management offices of urban planning regulations and contributionsuntil Friday 30 August they will be open to the public on Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm. To arrange the reception, contact the contact persons by telephone or email.
The registry office in via Santa will be closed on Saturdays from 6 July to 31 August inclusive.
Friday 16 August all municipal offices will be closed, excluding the minimum essential services, those of the Municipal Police, those of immediate availability and of Civil Status.
