CREMONA – The afternoon of June 10th the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile of Cremona have reported a 22-year-old with a criminal conviction and without a fixed abode for illegal possession of a knife, as well as a 30-year-old with a history of violating immigration regulations. Around 4.30 pm, the patrol was in Piazza Roma when it noticed four young people sitting on a bench. They approached and one of them, as soon as he noticed the company car, hid a bag. But the gesture did not escape the military’s notice.
They were all checked and identified and the 22-year-old, who had a history of crimes against the person, was searched by the military, who they found a multipurpose knife 14 centimeters long in his bag, the port of which he was unable to justify. Another man in the group, the 30-year-old, he had a residence permit that had expired for over a year and, therefore, it was found to be irregular on the national territory. The first young man was reported for illegally carrying a bladed weapon, while the second was reported for remaining in Italy in a state of illegal immigration.
DRUGS, REPORTED IN CASTELVERDE
The Carabinieri of Castelverde reported a man to the Prefecture as a drug user, with a police record against him. On the morning of June 11th, around 12, a patrol from Castelverde went to Sesto ed Uniti to the home of a man to make notifications against him, relating to previous criminal events. The soldiers rang the doorbell of the house and, when the man opened it, they entered to proceed with the delivery of the documents. But in the rooms of the house they smelled a strong odor of drugs and noticed the presence of clear traces attributable to drug use. At that point, they searched the apartment and found almost 15 grams of hashish. The narcotic, for personal use, was seized and the man was reported to the Prefecture as a drug user.
