PADUA – The results of the THE University Impact Rankingsthe ranking developed by the Times Higher Education (THE) agency which photographs the ability of universities to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of Sustainable Development (Sustainable Development Goals – SDGs), defined by the UN as a strategy to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. The THE agency was the first to grasp the strategic aspect of the 2030 Agenda by establishing, since 2019, the THE Impact ranking which aims to support the participation of universities in a virtuous and complex process of changes, with measurable and lasting impacts on local and global level. THE Impact Rankings evaluates universities on each of the 17 SDGs plus a final overall ranking. This year there were 2,152 universities from 115 different countries, 26% more than the last edition.
