Today, Tuesday 11 June 2024, at 7pmin the Conference Room of Food Policy Hub in the cloister of San Francesco in Andria, an unmissable event will be held for all fans of homemade beers and for those who wish to delve deeper into Italian and local brewing culture.
Promoted by the Food Policy Hub of Andria in collaboration with Slow Food, the event “A Normal Blonde” will offer a unique opportunity to dispel myths and legends about the world of craft beer and to discover the quality of local products.
The event will see the participation of renowned industry experts. Among the speakers, there will be representatives of the Conduct Slow Food Castel del Monte of Andria, and it will be a good opportunity to present the “Italian Beer Guide 2025”, a point of reference for fans of the sector.
To the Dr. Nicola Fattibenefood policy manager, the in-depth study “Let’s read the labels”, during which the small but fundamental differences between the labels of Italian craft beers and those of industrial productions will be illustrated.
This intervention will offer participants the tools to better understand what lies behind a craft beer label, helping to increase awareness and appreciation for the peculiarities of these products.
The evening will be enriched by the presence of Silvia Buono and Vincenzo Barile, master brewers of the Brewery Delta Esse of Andria. Their experience and passion will offer participants an immersion in the world of local artisan production.
Felice Fuzio and Anastasia D’Amato, professional tasters and entrepreneurs awarded by the “Birre D’Italia 2025” guide, will lead a small tasting workshop on the seasonal beer produced.
