PD secretary Andrea Catania wrote it on social media, commenting on the dem primacy in Cinisello Balsamo and the challenge in the preference challenge.
With the mayor’s support, Silvia Sardone was in the running, a Northern League candidate elected with 72 thousand preferences in the North West. As the PD underlines, the votes collected by Sardone with the cry of “never submit” to Islam are below expectations precisely in Cinisello where the mayor had spent so much.
“A heartfelt thank you goes to the almost 1,000 Cinisellesi who gave her preference and who contributed substantially to the League’s third place in our city with over 2,500 votes,” Ghilardi wrote on social media but in the meantime she has to deal with two not exactly encouraging results for the future.
