It ended with great appreciation and consensus 21st European Digital Forum, held at the prestigious Real Collegio of Lucca, with the participation of over 400 participants, exceeding the expectations of the organizers. The event exceeded all expectations both in terms of turnout and content, confirming itself as one of the most relevant events in the European Media and Digital panorama.

With the participation of 66 top-level speakers from the Media and Digital industry, this year’s edition offered a rich and varied programme. Among the speakers, there were thought leaders, innovators and industry experts who shared their knowledge and visions on the future of digital.

The future that is already here

In particular the interventions of Edward Qualtrough of DPP on the “future that is already here”, the panel on Fast Channels moderated by Pola Hempowicz with Alex KischVice President of Vevo, Valerio Motti by Zixi e Mauro Panella of Fcn, and the panel on piracy in football with Luisella Fusco of the Serie A League and the Commissioner Massimiliano Capitanio of Agcom made the first day of FED 2024 very interesting. New formula in 2025

The appointment is now for the 22nd edition (June 2025), with an important new challenge already announced at the conclusion of the event. It is about broadening the themes linked to the digital industry, with greater relevance to the advertising sector, the production of digital channels and podcasts, with the involvement of digital creators, thanks to agreements with primary groups that have confirmed their involvement in the next edition. To this, an increasingly important section dedicated to sport and major events will be added, thus bringing more and more specialized professionals, companies from beyond Europe and projects of absolute importance to Lucca.
