The renewed agreement between Acinque and ANCE Como was presented today in via Stazzi. A protocol that has already developed concrete value for the benefit of local communities and the territory in terms of appreciation of the building heritage and environmental sustainability. The CEO of Acinque, Stefano Cetti, the CEO of Acinque Innovazione, Corrado Bina, the president of ANCE Como, Francesco Molteni and the president of Promedil srl, Alessandra Bianchi, spoke at the press conference.
The partnership, born in 2018 even before the introduction of the so-called Super Bonus, was founded on the strategic collaboration of two deep-rooted local entities, combining the competence and reliability of ANCE Como companies with specialization in the sector of efficiency and plant engineering by the Acinque group.
The protocol leveraged the various incentives made available by national regulations regarding the efficiency of properties.
The collaboration has so far made it possible to ground, already completed or nearing completion, 156 interventions (107 condominiums and 49 villas) involving 40 construction companies, for a total value of 207 million of contracted works. The advantages achieved from an environmental point of view are significant: the agreement has in fact made it possible to avoid the emission of 7,628 tonnes of Co2 and the consumption of 3,900,000 cubic meters of methane.
“The results are eloquent – said Stefano Cetti, CEO of Acinque -, we can certainly say that we have been the main driving force behind the real estate energy redevelopment initiatives in the Como area for the benefit of local communities and the territory. Generating value and sustainable development is, after all, the vocation of our Group. We want to continue to make our know-how available and, in addition to the objectives achieved, I like to underline the strategic model on which we are aiming: that of networking between local actors for the benefit of the territory in which they operate”.
“The partnership is renewed today with an important addendum to the original protocol: on the one hand, attention towards the issues of energy requalification for energy-intensive buildings is strengthened following the approval of the Green Houses directive by the European Union, on the on the other hand, particular attention is paid to Third Sector entities which can still benefit from the Super Bonus with a full 110% deduction until the end of 2025. A great opportunity aimed, above all, at Nursing Homes (RSA)” added the president of ANCE Como, Francesco Molteni.
“With this addendum we want to provide an answer to the territory, directing it to a sector of great social importance that greatly needs this type of intervention, in order to propose a more economical and efficient management of the structures” stated Alessandra Bianchi, president of Promedil.
“With the implementation of the agreement between the builders and our company – said Corrado Bina, CEO of Acinque Innovazione – we intend to offer an opportunity in particular for the RSAs (health care residences), which will still be able to access the benefit of the Super Bonus, with works to be completed by the end of 2025. We accompany the quality of the Como construction supply chain – concluded Bina – with our knowledge of plant engineering and efficiency. It is a value of specific and overall redevelopment of the territory”.
